Welcome to the world of BBFOX! Here’s our FAQ to help you navigate the BFOX app.
Easy! At the top right of the homepage, click on the language icon and choose English, French, or Arabic. Do you speak BFOX?
You can sign up and log in via your email, Google, or Apple. Quick, simple, and efficient!
A FOX provides services, a BBFOX uses them. Choose your side!
Use the filters to specify your criteria: star rating, location, service category, type of service, and FOX's language. The fox icons will appear on the map. Click on the one that interests you!
The FOX's profile includes a photo, social media links, overall rating, the number of BBFOX they’ve served, their start date on the app, diplomas, certifications, and more!
Click on "Contact the FOX". If they accept your request, you'll be notified in the notifications tab (the bell icon). You can then contact them via WhatsApp, email, etc.
Go to the "My Favorites" tab to see your favorite FOXes. Check your service and course history from the BFOX app.
Go to the "Account" tab to change your information, photo, or even delete your profile.
You can share the app via a generated link in the "Account" tab and leave a review on the stores directly from the app.
These options are available in the "Account" menu. Security and peace of mind first!
Currently, it's not possible to use the same email address, Apple account, or Google account to register as both FOX and BBFOX. Each profile requires a separate registration with different credentials. However, we are working on a new version that will allow using the same account for both profiles (FOX and BBFOX). Thank you for your understanding and patience.

You can add a photo, specify the sectors and types of services, talk about yourself, choose the languages in which you offer services, add diplomas and certifications, and more.
Specify where you are located and the distance you are willing to travel to offer your services.
Add links to your social media so BBFOXes can learn more about you. More visibility, more clients!
You will receive requests in the notifications tab (the bell icon). Accept the ones that interest you and contact BBFOXes via WhatsApp, email, etc.
Check the services you have provided in the corresponding tab. Your favorite FOXes are visible in the "My Favorites" tab.
