These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “the Terms”) govern the use of the BFOX mobile application and online services (hereinafter “the Application”), designed to connect users (“BBFOXs”) seeking services with talented service providers (“FOXs”). These Terms constitute the legal agreement between each user and BFOX.

2. Owner and Operator of the Application

BFOX is a trademark operated by BFOX SRL, a company headquartered at Rue aux Laines 68, 1000 Brussels, Belgium, registered under company number 0720.807.889 and VAT number BE0720.807.889.

3. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you are a minor, use of the Application must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

4. Changes to the Terms

BFOX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through notifications within the Application.

5. Terms of Use

  • Eligibility: Access is limited to individuals aged 18 and older. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Language Availability: The Application is available in English, French, Arabic, and Dutch.
  • User Conduct: Users agree not to share any illegal or offensive content.

6. Intellectual Property

The content of BFOX is protected by copyright law. Any unauthorized use of BFOX content is strictly prohibited.

7. Definitions of Terms Used in these Terms and Conditions

  • BFOX: The company that provides the service of connecting Service Seekers and Service Providers. It is also the name of the App as found on the Apple Store and Play Store.
  • App: Short for “Application,” software that can be executed and performs a specific set of functions.
  • Website: A collection of web pages and related resources linked by hyperlinks, defined and accessible via a web address. The Website operated by BFOX is accessible at the URL
  • User(s): Collective term for Service Seeker(s) and/or Service Provider(s).
  • Fox(s): Service Provider(s), the talent.
  • BBFox(s): Service Seeker(s)/Clients.
  • Review(s): Any appreciation review posted by a User/BBFox on the App to comment on the quality of work/course of the Fox(s).
  • Account: The user account containing their Contact Information, through which they communicate on the Website and the App.
  • Contact Information: This may include name, surname, address, city, region, postal code, phone number, email address, and any other data required during User registration.

8. Operation of BFOX

BFOX is a platform designed to facilitate connections between users seeking services (referred to as “BBFOXs”) and qualified service providers (referred to as “FOXs”) in various fields such as sports, nutrition, education, digital, and personal development. Our goal is to create a dynamic community where talents and needs meet in a simple, safe, and effective manner.

8.1 Registration and Profile Creation

  • For FOXs: Service providers register on BFOX by creating a detailed profile that includes their skills, experiences, qualifications, and rates. This profile is then made visible to BBFOXs seeking similar services.

  • For BBFOXs: Users looking to receive services register and browse through FOX profiles. They can search for FOXs by location, skills, and ratings to find the ideal service provider.

8.2 Matching

  • BBFOXs can enter their preferences and view available FOXs on the app’s map. They can contact FOXs through the application to discuss needs, availability, and rates.
  • Once an agreement is reached, BBFOXs and FOXs arrange for the service delivery according to agreed terms (online, at home, in a public place, etc.).

9. Advertising Services for Businesses

BFOX offers various advertising options for businesses on the Application, including:

  • Spotlight on the Map: Increase visibility of your business directly on the Application map.
  • Banner Ads: Promote your special offers or events through banners within the Application.
  • Sponsored Content: Highlight your business through enriched content integrated into users’ activity feeds.

10. Personal Branding Support for FOXs

In order to assist our FOXs in maximizing their presence on BFOX and beyond, we offer a personal branding support program through three packages: Basic, Medium, and Premium, each providing varying levels of support and visibility.

11. Prohibited Facts, Attitudes, and Behaviors

11.1 Respect for Other Users of the BFOX Community

Reliability, credibility, and trust are paramount in the context of using the course. Each User ensures they maintain a correct and respectful attitude towards other Users.

No User may post inappropriate, inaccurate, racist, discriminatory, offensive, or contrary-to-morality allegations in their profile description or through the rating system provided by the App and Website.

Both FOXs and BBFOXs are bound by a Charter from which they must not deviate.

It is strictly forbidden for any User to exhibit inappropriate, racist, discriminatory behavior, or engage in acts contrary to morality, or to use a profile picture that violates the aforementioned guidelines.

If your profile is reported by a User, we will take appropriate action in cases of serious suspicion, which may include removing contentious content or deactivating and/or terminating the contentious account as per Article 5.

If you wish to challenge a decision regarding your profile or report inappropriate behavior, you can contact the BFOX teams at or It is important to first report any inappropriate behavior or inconsistencies in a profile to BFOX before expressing your complaint on social media.

11.2 Prohibited Use of the App and Service

It is prohibited to use the App, Website, or Service for any purpose other than what the Service is intended for. Therefore, it is forbidden to use the App, Website, and Service for fraudulent purposes, to commit illegal acts, or to exchange illegal material or content.

In connection with the use of the App or Service, you agree not to engage yourself or encourage others to request, accept, or perform a course found through BFOX outside of the App. Additionally, you must refrain from disparaging or discrediting the BFOX brand in any way, including through derogatory remarks on social media.

11.3 Content Removal and Deactivation or Termination of Your Account

BFOX reserves the right to remove any content or behavior shared on the Service, Website, and BFOX App if we have reason to believe it violates these Terms and Conditions or if required by law. We may decide at any time to deny you access to the Service and App for a defined or indefinite period, or terminate your account or part of it, such as your profile picture if it violates the terms outlined here, without warning or compensation from our side. This applies if you abuse the trust of our community or clearly violate one or more conditions stated here or in BFOX’s various policies. We may also be compelled to enforce this if required by law.
